New England Surgical provides medical equipment for rental or purchase with same day delivery 7 days a week. All medical equipment being provided for rental or purchase for the hospital should have a purchase order number indicating that it has been authorized for payment.

If you are calling from the case management department (discharge planning) for a patient going home please call our customer service department at 1-800-336-1300 and provide all patient information with their demographics including patient's insurance information.

You may also fax this information to 1-800-791-9691. Please note: ONLY FAX THIS INFORMATION MONDAY - THURSDAY 24 HOURS A DAY AND FRIDAY TILL 4:30 PM.

All other times you need to call our customer service department at 1-800-336-1300 to insure prompt delivery and service.
