In order for us to best help your baggage claims department with mobility equipment (Scooters, Wheelchairs) repair and rental services needs, please read through the following list of services we provide for airlines.
1) Pickup and Delivery:
- We will send a member of our staff to retrieve the damaged equipment from its location, airport, home, or business.
- As soon as the equipment is repaired, we will make arrangements to deliver the equipment to the customer. If rental equipment was needed by the customer we will pick up the rented equipment at the return of their repaired mobility equipment.
- With our fleet of company owned trucks we have the ability and flexibility to meet your needs in a prompt and timely fashion.
2) Rent/Repair/Replace:
- We are able to provide rental equipment to your customer for the duration of the repair process, if a rental is needed.
- A diagnosis of the damaged equipment will be done by our service specialists, if the equipment is repairable, we will order the parts needed and install them to factory specifications.
- If the equipment is not repairable or the cost of repair exceeds the worth of the equipment. A new piece of equipment can be ordered and delivered to the customer at your request.
3) 7 Day Delivery:
- Our drivers are available to pick up and deliver equipment 7 days a week. This allows us to provide our customers with service whenever they need it.
