I needed a lift chair quickly and they were able to deliver it the same day. It provided so much comfort to my wife after her surgery.

New England Surgical's customer service and delivery staff was very knowledgable about my father's needs for medical equipment after his surgery. I was unable to leave my home for medical reasons and New England Surgical did their absolute best to accommodate my needs. Because I couldn't leave my house to go to their store location to get fitted for my medical device, they sent out one of their professionals to come to my home and fit me for my equipment. Very kind and respectable staff that came to my home. Thank you.
